1) How many people can you accommodate?

We can accommodate groups of any size. We'll design the event to meet your needs. We want everyone to have the chance to experience this unique event. For large groups we can host your team building event in one of Nashville's  larger studios,  or book meeting rooms  in your hotel. 

2) How many teams do we need?

We can build your event with one group or as many teams as you decide will work best.   Taking your company goals into consideration, we can help you determine the most effective way to divide team members. 

3) How long does the ULTIMATE EVENT last?

We can tailor your event to match your unique needs. Typically the event runs approx. 3 hours.

4) How early do I need to confirm my date?

ULTIMATE EVENT NASHVILLE fills up very quickly and studio venues are limited. During peak times when conventions or large meetings are in town, we often book more than 12-months in advance. The earlier the better is always suggested in order to lock in your dates.

5) Who owns the copyright to the songs created at the event?

The Professional Hit Writer of the team that writes the song or jingle, their publisher, and Best Built Songs Publishing are the owners of the copyright of the songs and jingles created at any ULTIMATE EVENT NASHVILLE event. 

6) Can we use the song we wrote in our ad campaign?

Yes, the owners of the copyright will be glad to issue you a an appropriate license for the commercial use of the jingle.

7) Can we re-record our jingle with a professional team of musicians and singers?

Yes, we would be glad to give you a quote on creating a professional recording. We have access to the best musicians and singers in Nashville and can create fully produced radio ready jingles for you. 

8) Is a deposit required to book an event, and is it refundable?

A deposit will be due to hold your dates. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14-days of the date of the event however if you reschedule within the next 12-months, your deposit will apply to the rescheduled event. 

The balance is due and payable on the day of the scheduled event. 

9) What type of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diner's Club, Company checks, and Cashiers checks.

10) Can we request a particular songwriter?

If you have a particular songwriter that you would like to have at your event, please let us know when you book your event. We will make every effort to acquire the services of that particular songwriter.

11) Can I come in for a site visit before booking my event?

Yes, we would love for you to come visit, take a tour of our studios and meet our team. 

12) Can we bring an event to our location?

Yes! We would love to bring an Ultimate Event to your town. We will bring our top hit writers and build a great experience for your event.
